These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jv666 website located at https://jv666.io, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, APIs and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Terms are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jv666 ("jv666", "we", "us", "our").

Each individual may open only one (1) jv666 account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jv666 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

jv666 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and, where necessary, deposits during an ongoing verification review. Documents must be provided in a clear, unaltered format. Submission of falsified or manipulated documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

All deposits on the jv666 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. jv666 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jv666 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. jv666 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where a deposit is identified as originating from an account not belonging to the registered player, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

jv666 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion and form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jv666 promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account as a separate bonus balance and must be wagered at the specified wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will be removed from your account automatically.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted for funds constituting your real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not withdrawable. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. jv666 does not charge a standard withdrawal fee; however, processing times and any fees levied by the receiving payment provider are outside jv666's control.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability. Where this is not possible, jv666 will contact you to agree an alternative. Withdrawals are processed during the following approximate timeframes:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: within 1–4 hours of approval
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): 1–3 business days
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days, subject to card issuer processing

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jv666 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where a KYC review is pending. Players are encouraged to complete verification proactively to avoid delays at the point of withdrawal.

All bets and wagers placed on the jv666 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. Game and market rules are published within the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific game's rules, the specific game rules shall take precedence in respect of that game.

jv666 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: (a) a technical error or manifest pricing error has occurred; (b) the result of the event was known at the time the bet was placed; (c) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms or specific game rules; or (d) jv666 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed as part of a pattern of fraudulent or abusive activity.

Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. jv666 reserves the right to restrict betting limits on individual accounts at its sole discretion where it identifies irregular betting patterns.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jv666 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer formats.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting or any form of sports corruption.

• Engaging in charge-backs or payment reversals after wagering deposited funds.

jv666's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your jv666 account in the 90-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jv666 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may temporarily affect access to the Platform.

Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory identity verification.

jv666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) jv666 suspects fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity; (c) your account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; or (d) jv666 is required to do so to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Where an account is closed by jv666 due to a breach of these Terms, jv666 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance, including winnings, where such balance is directly connected to the breach in question.

jv666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, jv666 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and where practicable, by notifying registered players via their registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account as described in Section 14.

Where informal resolution is not achievable, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
